Pamela Daves, Esq.

Pamela Daves has practiced law since 1995 and has been working exclusively in the area of special education law since 2004.  Since that time, she has successfully represented hundreds of clients in due process matters.  Ms. Daves works hard to get the best results and to meet her clients' objectives.  She strives to help keep your child moving forward towards a meaningful and fulfilling education.


Before starting her own practice in 2006, Ms. Daves served as Managing Attorney for the Los Angeles office of Adams ESQ, a special education law firm also committed to improving the lives of children with disabilities. Ms. Daves currently serves on an educational panel of appointed attorneys for the Los Angeles County Dependency Court, where she represents children in the dependency and/or delinquency system in effort to help them obtain needed special education and related services.

Prior to serving children with exceptional needs, Ms. Daves worked as a litigation associate for several years with two distinguished large law firms: Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler LLP in New York and the Los Angeles office of Arnold & Porter LLP.

Ms. Daves received her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and graduated cum laude from the Howard University School of Law.  Ms. Daves is admitted to practice law in the states of California and New York.  She grew up in Southern California.
